Snow is starting to add up around here and it's still October, a month before opening. The new tubing hill lift is going in just below our building this is going to make apres ski at the window or in the hot tub even more fun to watch!

Our view at dawn, afternoons the unit is flooded with sunshine from the  southwest window...definitely ski-in ski-out. A curious fox and lots of snow...all in the friendliest and most wackily fun-loving town in the Colorado Rocky Mountains ... oh yeah, legendary skiing as well!
